The requirement
The main concern of Spuerkeess is to offer its customers the best service and quality at all times. In order to ensure this in the area of tax reporting, Spuerkeess decided to work with AlphaTax in 2015.
The Project
A big advantage was that AlphaTax already knew the bank's core banking system well from other projects. After just a few meetings/telcos, the first test reports had already been delivered as part of a “proof of concepts”. All necessary preparatory work, such as creating the data extract of the bank's anonymized raw data, could be implemented with little effort on both sides.
The in-house product 'S-Pension' has been implemented in a tax-correct manner in the tax reports for Luxembourg, so that the customer is able to fill out his tax return easily and correctly even with this special product.
Open points and questions were clarified immediately, meaning the “GO” for the collaboration took place after just a few weeks. In a further step, AlphaTax organized training for employees so that customer advisors in particular can continue to offer their customers the usual high level of service.
The success
Over time, additional country modules were added to production. The feedback from customers, customer advisors and the bank is characterized by a high level of satisfaction. It was the right decision for Spuerkeess to choose AlphaTax.
