Over time, additional country modules were added to production. The feedback from clients, customer advisors, and the bank reflects high satisfaction. It was the right decision for Spuerkeess to choose AlphaTax.

AlphaTax is always available for the development of new country modules and related questions. For AlphaTax, short-notice calls or meetings are a given and always possible.

After a joint testing phase with verification of technical and tax-related results, the go-ahead was given. Since then, AlphaTax has been providing the bank with country-specific tax reports – including for private clients with tax residency in Norway and other applicable countries.

Determining the individual tax-relevant amounts is easy for private clients to understand. Filling aids enable effortless transfer of the amounts into the tax form. Even complex capital measures and transactions in special products are correctly represented in the tax reports. A real benefit!

In 2019, the first discussions about a collaboration between FIS Privatbank and AlphaTax took place, with the kick-off meeting held in 2020. Since then, AlphaTax has been supplying the bank with country-specific tax reports – for private clients and companies with tax residency in applicable countries.

The tax reports offer excellent quality and are easy to understand, allowing the taxpayer to complete their tax return confidently, completely, and correctly. AlphaTax is available to OpenBank for all questions related to tax reporting and supports customer service to answer taxpayers' questions at any time.

For easy traceability of the results, all relevant transactions and calculations are included in a clear, detailed report. Each individual amount contains a reference indicating the respective assignment to the lines of the filling aid. The bank receives a completed tax report electronically, ready for personalization.
